Refunds and changes - mangaportrait

WHAT IS THE RETURN POLICY?

Regarding the drawings in digital format, Manga Portrait unfortunately does not accept refunds in case of change of mind since the work of our artists is paid. However, we offer the possibility to request modifications if a client is not satisfied with his illustration. Within 14 days of delivery of the drawing, the customer may request the artist to change three minor details or highlight details specified in the original order that were omitted by the artist. The artist will consider the request and we will deliver a new version of the design to the customer. :)

In the case of major changes not specified in the original order, additional charges may apply. 

For physical products, if received damaged or broken, the company will arrange for a replacement product to be sent under an expedited shipping agreement or accept a refund within 14 days of receiving the product. We only ask that you share an image of the damaged product so we can share it with our service provider.

How can I arrange for a review or new product to be sent?

Simply send an email to support@mangaportrait.com with the email that placed the order along with a printout of the order confirmation that includes the order number to be able to attach your email to your order. You will be able to indicate your request with the three details you wish to modify. We are at your disposal. 

What if my printed product arrives damaged or has a defect?

We hope this will never happen, but if you receive damaged products or if a manufacturing defect occurs, please contact us immediately at support@mangaportrait.com so that we can personally help you and resolve your problem as soon as possible. Please always write to us with the email that placed the order with a printout of your order confirmation showing your order number.

What happens if I want my gift card refunded?

If you want to get a refund for the gift card, it is possible within 14 days after placing the order. Just contact us immediately at support@mangaportrait.com with the refund request.
